Every ingredient is sourced and sealed under reliable supervision. Meat and dairy are kept strictly separate. Every dish is plated to fine-dining standards. And when the meal is over, we clean it all away — leaving only the memory of a very good table.

What kashrus standard do you keep?

Strictly glatt-kosher. We work with sealed, supervised ingredients, separate meat and dairy setups and dedicated utensils, and we tailor to your kehilla's standards — chalav Yisroel, pas Yisroel, mehadrin and bishul Yisroel on request.

How much does a private kosher chef cost?

Pricing runs roughly $180–$300 per person per day, depending on your menu and any special requests — and it covers everything: shopping, cooking, staff, equipment and cleanup. Eating kosher out at mid-range restaurants in the Riviera Maya runs about $150–$250 per person per day, for far less convenience.

Is the menu really fully customisable?

Yes. We prepare plata-ready meals timed around candle-lighting so everything stays hot and halachically sound, and we handle full Yom Tov menus including Pesach, Sukkos and the Yamim Noraim.
