How far in advance should I book?
For private chef residencies we recommend 2–4 weeks' notice, and as early as possible for weddings and holiday weeks (Pesach, Sukkot, Christmas/New Year). Last-minute requests are welcome — message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best.
What level of kashrut do you keep?
We work strictly glatt-kosher, with sealed and supervised ingredients, separate meat and dairy setups, and full attention to your community's standards. Tell us your requirements and we'll match them.
Do you really bring everything?
Yes. Burners, cookware, serveware, ingredients, staff and cleanup are all included. Your villa or yacht kitchen simply needs basic space and power.
Which areas do you serve?
We cook throughout the Riviera Maya — Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Akumal, Isla Mujeres, Holbox, Bacalar and beyond. If you're nearby, just ask.
Can you accommodate allergies, vegan or gluten-free guests?
Yes. We routinely cook for mixed tables within one kosher menu — vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies and children's favourites — with careful separation to avoid cross-contact.
Do you cook on Shabbat and Yom Tov?
We prepare and set everything up before candle-lighting, with plata-ready hot dishes and warming that respects the halachot of the day, so you can rest completely while still eating beautifully.
Can you help us find a villa as well?
We can. Tell us your dates, group size and budget and we'll help source a kosher-friendly villa, then bring the entire kitchen to it — one point of contact for both the home and the table.
How does pricing work?
One all-inclusive quote covers the chef and team, market shopping, glatt-kosher ingredients, equipment, service and cleanup — shaped by your guest count, number of meals and menu. No hidden extras on the invoice.
